Paranac (diclofenac potassium + pcm) tabs
**Composition:**
Each tablet of Paranac contains:
- Diclofenac Potassium: 50 mg
- Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): 500 mg
**Dosage:**
- **Adults:** The usual recommended dose is 1 tablet every 8 to 12 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 tablets in 24 hours.
- **Elderly:** Dosage may need to be adjusted based on individual tolerance and renal function. Consult a healthcare provider for specific recommendations.
- **Children:** Paranac is not typically recommended for children under 12 years of age. For children aged 12 and older, consult a healthcare provider for appropriate dosing.
**Indications:**
Paranac is indicated for the relief of:

- Musculoskeletal pain
- Menstrual pain
- Inflammatory conditions such as:
- Arthritis
- Tendonitis
- Fever reduction in various conditions.
**Contraindications:**

- Active gastrointestinal bleeding or peptic ulcer disease.
- Severe hepatic or renal impairment.
