Navidoxine (meclizine, B6) tabs

**Composition:**

• **Active Ingredients:**
• Meclizine Hydrochloride: 25 mg
• Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6): 10 mg

**Dosage:**

• **Adults and Children over 12 years:**
• The typical dosage is 1 to 2 tablets (25 mg to 50 mg of Meclizine) taken once daily, preferably before travel or as directed by a healthcare professional.
• **Children (6 to 12 years):**
• The dosage should be determined by a healthcare provider, typically starting at 12.5 mg to 25 mg once daily.
• **Elderly:**
• Dosage may need to be adjusted based on individual tolerance and response.

**Indications:**

• Navidoxine is indicated for the prevention and treatment of:
• Motion sickness
• Vertigo associated with diseases affecting the vestibular system
• Nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness
• It may also be used as an adjunctive treatment for nausea and vomiting in pregnancy, as directed by a healthcare provider.
