Composition:

  • Each 2ml ampoule contains 10mg of Metoclopramide.

Dosage:

  • The usual adult dose for Metoclopramide injection is 10mg to 20mg (1 to 2 ampoules) injected slowly into a vein or muscle.
  • The dose may be repeated every 6 to 8 hours as needed.

Indications:

  • Metoclopramide is commonly used to treat nausea and vomiting caused by conditions such as chemotherapy, surgery, or gastrointestinal disorders.
  • It can also be used to treat symptoms of gastroparesis, a condition where the stomach takes too long to empty its contents.
