Menthodex Cough Syrup 100ml
**Composition:**
- **Menthol** - 2% w/v
- **Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide** - 10 mg/5 mL
- **Guaifenesin** - 100 mg/5 mL
- **Chlorpheniramine Maleate** - 2 mg/5 mL
- **Sorbitol** - 5% w/v (as a sweetening agent)
- **Preservatives** - as required
- **Flavors** - as required
- **Water** - q.s. to 100 mL
**Dosage:**
- **Adults and Children over 12 years:** 10-20 mL every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 120 mL in 24 hours.
- **Children 6 to 12 years:** 5-10 mL every 4-6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 60 mL in 24 hours.
- **Children under 6 years:** Consult a physician before use.
**Indications:**
MENTHODEX Cough Mixture is indicated for the relief of:
- Dry cough associated with colds and flu.
- Productive cough with mucus, helping to loosen and expel phlegm.
- Allergic rhinitis and other upper respiratory tract conditions where cough is present.
- Temporary relief of cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation.
