Composition:

  • Each tablet of Coloseal contains 2mg of Loperamide hydrochloride as the active ingredient.

Dosage:

  • The usual recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years old is 2mg (1 tablet) initially, followed by 1mg (1/2 tablet) after each loose stool, up to a maximum of 8mg (4 tablets) per day.

Indications:

  • Coloseal (Loperamide) 2mg is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhea in adults and children over 12 years old.
