• Active ingredient: Cimetidine
• Inactive ingredients: Water for injection, sodium chloride

Dosage for Cimetidine injection ZMC:

• The usual adult dosage for Cimetidine injection is 300 mg to 400 mg every 6 to 8 hours, administered intravenously over 5 minutes.

Indications for Cimetidine injection ZMC:

• Cimetidine injection is indicated for the treatment of active duodenal ulcer, benign gastric ulcer, pathological hypersecretory conditions (such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome), and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) when oral therapy is not feasible. It is also used for the prevention of stress ulcers in critically ill patients.
